Mr. Henderson has been a practicing attorney since 2002 and is admitted to practice in the State of Florida, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Federal Courts of the Southern District of Florida, Middle District of Florida, the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  He is also a member of the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
